2. The Refund Architecture (Finality of Transaction): Due to the immediate, unencrypted, and digital nature of these audio files, all escrow transactions are absolute and final. Once the digital payload has been transmitted to your email, the access code cannot be revoked. Therefore, Red Letter Sound LLC issues zero refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

3. Proprietary Architecture & Distribution Prohibition Red Letter Sound LLC retains exclusive commercial rights, master ownership, and final exploitation authority over the curated arrangements, digital stem manipulation, and finalized audio architectures contained within this vault. The proprietary digital synthesis, structural Lydian pacing, frequency mastering, and resulting compiled assets operate strictly as the intellectual and commercial property of Red Letter Sound LLC.

Your authorized escrow payment executes a strictly personal, non-commercial listening license. You are legally bound and contractually prohibited from redistributing, digitally altering, sampling, sub-licensing, or uploading these specific engineered masters to any public Digital Service Provider (DSP), including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, or YouTube. By finalizing this transaction, you affirmatively agree to this strict commercial restriction. Any unauthorized distribution constitutes a direct, actionable breach of contract, authorizing Red Letter Sound LLC to execute immediate digital takedown protocols and pursue capital recovery against the unauthorized deployment.

4. Protocol Modifications: Red Letter Sound LLC reserves the right to terminate this vault, alter the escrow pricing, or modify these terms at any time without prior civilian notice. Access to this specific digital node is temporary and at the sole discretion of the label."
